Draw mechanics

How do I enter the competitions?

We’ve made entering one of our competitions easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow these 3 easy steps.
1. Pick the prize you’d like to win
2. Buy your ticket online or use the postal entry method here.
3. Receive your ticket and wait for the live draw.

Our competitions last for a set period. We never extend a competition under any circumstances. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competition page on our website.

The closing date of each competition is stated on each prize and will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold for that competition. Somebody will always win each prize on the stated draw date.

The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each competition details. Each draw is done using either Googles random number generator, the automatic number selector or our ball machine. All instant win draws will done done using the automatic number selector once the draw has reached the end date or all the tickets have sold. Whichever happens first. The draw itself will be available to view on Facebook via a live stream. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.

The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.

You will be notified via email or phone number no less than 24 hours after the draw. It is then we will arrange delivery/ collection of the prize for you.

Tickets

How many tickets are there for each draw?

The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is set and will not change.

Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.

Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

We never cancel orders manually. Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 1 hour if we do not receive a successful payment.

Not to worry. We lose things all of the time. Please use the forgot my password feature on our website

Payment

How much does each ticket cost?

The cost of each ticket is clearly stated on each competitions page. Unlike some sites, we won’t change the price once the competition has started. This way you can be sure everyone has paid the same price for tickets.

We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.

Prize mechanics

How do I know if I have won?

Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website and on our social media channels after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.

We will arrange for delivery of your prize with you or collection can be made if you are local and cant wait.

We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternative. We may, however, offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize. This is entirely at our discretion.

To ensure transparency and compliance, we’ll need to take a photo of you and your prize to go onto the winners’ page of our website. Images may be used for promotional and marketing materials. If this is something you do not want to be featured in then please let us know.

As of yet, this has never happened. Who wouldn’t want all these amazing prizes? We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

Is this website for real?

I know, right! Such amazing prizes and such great odds. Understandably, it might be too good to be true, but it’s not. All of our prizes are 100% genuine and 99% of them we have in stock and are ready for delivery. All of our winners are on the website with the prizes they have won and we have testimonials from the people who play the games.

You can find us in (sometimes) Cumbria.

Usually you can enter each competition a maximum of 10 times per person. However, this may be reduced for low odd/low ticket competitions. See individual competition pages for details. Unless otherwise stated, it is 10 per person, per competition.
